And then there are the quieter dates David loves best: dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse, a little shopping, holding hands during the drive home, and stopping at Dairy Queen for a Blizzard.
April may still dream of taking a romantic trip to Italy one day, but their relationship proves that love is found just as often in the small, familiar moments—shared meals, thoughtful treats, open car doors, hands held on the ride home, and someone who can apparently fix just about anything around the house.

After their ceremony, April and David posed together beneath the towering façade of the Loudoun House with a sign announcing:
“We do, we did, we eloped!”
