The Elope Lexington Story

At Elope Lexington, we believe weddings should be beautiful, fun, and stress-free while still feeling meaningful. We care about supporting our local community, being environmentally mindful, and standing behind the belief that all love is equal.

Most importantly, we want to show up as real, genuine people on your wedding day. You’re trusting us with one of the biggest moments of your life, and we take that responsibility seriously. We’re not just planning your wedding. We are in your corner from the moment you reach out.

Elope Lexington started with a simple idea: weddings do not need to be complicated or costly to feel unforgettable. We believe in a calmer, easier, more customizable way to get married that still feels special.

This is our team, a group of passionate and experienced folks who truly care about creating a day that feels like you. Thank you for trusting us. We cannot wait to meet you and help bring your vision to life.

Paige Dooley Edens

Paige started Elope Lexington in January of 2024 while planning her own wedding. It was “only” going to have about 50 guests, but the budget and stress quickly went through the roof. She dreamed of a wedding experience that was beautiful, fun, yet inexpensive and stress-free. So, she decided to create that experience for others, and the business took off! Now she has helped countless couples who dream of eloping in the Bluegrass State.

Katie Romano

Katie Romano is a wedding, elopement, and portrait photographer based in Lexington, Kentucky. Her love for photography started back in college at the University of Kentucky (go Cats!) with darkroom film classes, but it really took off when she began documenting her outdoor adventures—rock climbing, camping, and hiking. That passion soon turned into capturing love stories, and she quickly fell for the magic of weddings and elopements.
You bring the vision, the questions, or even the chaos. We'll bring the calm and the plan.
